is my 850 evo underperforming?

on a new 850 evo 250GB. i forgot to benchmark it before it was made a system drive, clean installed win 10. i notice the scores get lower with use? previously AS showed 1070.

i've checked that it is AHCI in bios/OS and SATA 6Gb/s. using the first SATA port on Asus H97-pro gamer.

seems working fine so far. but i noticed higher 4kQ32T1 scores on other 250GB evos, like nearing 350-399 range.

also is around 45C Max temperature ok for a SSD? it is currently behind the motherboard at the back of the case.
