Something like NetBalancer (the app I use for my PC) that will allow me to limit the amount of KB/s an iPhone uses. My siblings like to stream tv on their iphones all the time, which is fine in itself, but I like to play League of Legends, and with my very limited bandwidth (5.5 down, 0.5 up) if they stream anything while i'm playing, my netlogs start to look like this > http://logsoflag.com/#HvrdWuD-riw
