What graphics card do I need to run 2 4k monitors at the same time? (no gaming; just digital art/misc vids)

Hi, currently I have a 32" BenQ 3201ph for the main monitor hooked up to the display port and a ten year old 21.5" Viewsoninc.
Specs (of my humble, over-worked computer):
Lenovo H530 Desktop i5-4460 CPU @ 3.2GHz
1TB
RAM: 8.00 GB
64-bit
Windows 7 Home Premium
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750Ti

Is this true?:
I was told, at BestBuy, that the 750Ti won't show me a true 4k image so, when I watch 4k youtube videos, they're really just a perfect 1080p.

I want to upgrade the smaller monitor to a 27" one and their lg 4k is on sale for $400.00.

Will the 750Ti run 2 4k monitors albeit, in a mere 1080p? If it will do that, I may get the 2nd monitor and upgrade the video card later but can this computer handle a proper video card to run 2 4k monitors in TRUE 4k?
And, what kind of entry level video card would I need to run 2 4k monitors with true 4k resolution?
Thanks, I know it's more than just one question.....

Any gpu can run 2 monitors but only new ones with dual display port outputs can run 2 2160p monitors @ 60hz each, if you use the hdmi cable you're limited to 30hz @ 2160p. I would recommend the 1060 as it has the required outputs.

Something like this

I think the 750ti has one display port output so yes it can do true 4k hd @ 60hz but only on one monitor.

they gave you a cock 'n bull story man

a 750 ti is fully capable of driving two 4k monitors for windows tasks

it's even easier if you have a displayport connection

your cpu's built in hd 4600 can do 4k thru DP as well

Thank you sir for your answer. Even though I picked another answer already, yours was helpful also. I'm kind of ticked at those guys at Bestbuy. I was wondering why, while I was talking to their "expert" and he was telling me that I needed to upgrade to a much more expensive card (he said their cheapest, for what I wanted to do, was $700), I turned around real quick and another associate, who was helping me earlier, was smiling and suddenly stopped when I looked at him.
So, there's only one display port on the 750Ti and the HDMI is, apparently, only 1.4. hmmmm
