consultation and pump water cooling block

Hello good afternoon. I wanted to make a query to the experienced people . I'm from Argentina , and I'm about starting a custom water cooling . I have a question about the bomb that I will buy . For now only cpu (AMD 8350 without OC ) later perhaps the gpu ( Sapphire r9 390 ) The block would be:
