Cpu and GPU for constant 144fps csgo

Right now I have a gtx 750 and amd 760k what would be a good cpu that wouldn't bottleneck my GPU and give me 144 fps. I plan to get a 144hz monitor and right now I'm getting 100fps most the time. I have done loads of optimising such as MSI mode ect but I still cant get 144fps constant. Please help and thanks for looking at my question :)

doesn't really matter which i5.
as for GPU I'm not entirely sure. the 750 is not the strongest card out there.
it really depends on your budget as said...

cs highly relies on CPU power and seems to favour Intel CPUs
an i5 should provide all the power you need

as for the GPU it depends on your budget
the 1060 would be the sweet spot although probably not needed for csgo
it really comes down to how much you wanna spend
