best cooler and smps for i7 4790k

Sir I have i34130 cpu and h81 m- v3 mobo.16 gb ddr3 ram.and gpu is zotacgeforce gtx750ti. Sir I want to upgrade my CPU with i7 4790k.i don't know much about power supply and cooler master now I have no cooler master in my cabinet.please suggest me the smps fan and cooler for this cpu further I also upgrade my gpu.suggest me the best and also budgeted.

The 4790k has about 34W higher TDP than the 4130. With your current build you have a ball park estimated load wattage of about 236W ( http://puu.sh/qSZn3/1c18fa1ed4.png ). I'd suggest a 500-650W power supply for the sake of leaving yourself some head room for future expansion, since I assume you'll be upgrading to a better GPU in the near future. You can find tons of perfectly capable power supplies at or above those wattages for fairly low prices.

As for a CPU cooler, I always recommend a Hyper T4 or 212 EVO as a baseline. The T4 is about $20 and the 212 EVO is about $30. Both will work just fine on a 4790k unless you plan on overclocking it above 4.4GHz, in which case you'd want some sort of expanded/dual-sink cooler like a...
