I'm not real computer knowledgeable but I'll give as much as I can. I've never really understood how to tell what kind of graphics card is an upgrade or if my pc will allow me to upgrade it.Thank you!

For my graphics card Crucial Scan simply says

Graphics card: PCI Express x16
External connector: 15-hole connector

Solution
Any PCIe x16 card will fit. Just be sure the length of the card isn't too long for the room available. And be sure your PSU can support the electrical load of the gfx card.
