I wasn't sure what category to put this under so if it's wrong I apologize.
A few weeks ago i was running Check Disk and after 7 hours of waiting I became Impatient and powered it off, upon restarting the PC automatically entered Check Disk again so I powered it off once more so the next boot I could tell the PC "I don't want to continue" well after the third power off It went from the boot menu straight to startup recovery and proceeded to crash with an error that looked like this ----_-----------_--- It had four letters then a longer stretch then 3 letters I glanced at it and only had one moment but i couldn't jot down the error code in time.
After this crash the PC won't connect to any external media including but not limited to (Monitor,Keyboard,Mouse, etc.) I have tried every fix I can find online but to no avail will the PC boot up.
The computer is an X315 Lenovo Erazer Windows 8 Version that I updated to Windows 10
I'm starting to think the motherboard is fried as I've already tested just about every other component and even at that I'm lost for words as the MOBO still makes beep codes when all the Ram is removed.
If anyone has any idea as to what it could be or has had a similar situation please let me know as soon as possible.
