Hi, I recently built a PC that has a 250gb SSD and a 1TB HDD. My problem is, windows is downloading everything onto the SSD, and is giving me no options to change to download locations to the HDD. Help? (I'm on windows 10 professional)

Solution

Disk Management, not Windows Explorer.
And that drive needs to be initialized, formatted, and given a drive letter.

Open Disk Management. It will tell you what to do.

A pic of your Disk Management windows would be in order here.

I'm thinking this is a brand new HDD?
And not been formatted yet?
