There's a used PSU near me that I would like to buy. I'm trying to build a super cheap second pc and if I could get a EVGA 500W 80+ for $30, that would be great. I'm doing it as sort of a challenge, so I don't need someone telling me that it's more reliable to buy something brand new. I know all of the risks. What I would like to know is how do I fix this

if you didn't notice the inside of one of the pin sockets, or whatever you call it, is missing some metal. Does this even matter? If it does matter is it fixable, and will it be cheap?

Thank you, and I know with a rebate I could "technically" save some money, but I have sent in 2 rebates to Newegg and waiting 6-8 weeks for a reply is quite tedious. Not to mention the Power supply could fail after a month or so but I've already ripped out the UPC from the box for the rebate and can't return it anymore.
