CL. Read more here. Is it possible for you to pass on your OptiPlex's full specs(SKU would be helpful) as well as the budget for your ram purchase? 1600MHZ rams with CL 11 are high latency numbers. You would do better if you could source CL9 version rams, perhaps like those found on Klevv Fit ram kits.
