Considering New GPU

So I want to buy a new GPU preferrably one of AMD's 480s. I currently have a 960, and it works pretty well, but I want to be able to play more games in the future at higher settings with great FPS and also record. With Nvidia there's shadowplay, is there anything for AMD?

i was using amd from around the time an athlon hit 1Ghz, so no brand bashing here, but a 480 is the way to go, if you have a budget limit and play at 1080/1440p max res.
the 1060 will be faster/cooler/quieter and 6gb vram are enough (the 480 isnt really fast enough to make use of 8gb).
its able to do 1080p "maxed" out (driver/games) and with lower settings even 1440p.
get the cheapest "custom" card (2 fan). with limits maxed for temp/power (in afterburner), mine is clocking 2025-2050 (boost), and practically twice as fast as 960 (~15K for Perf, ~6200 Xtreme in 3Dmark 11)
