BBS keeps changing in bios

I built my first system in over a decade about 3 weeks ago, and I just started having problems last night. Computer stops on no opsys found screen. I've been doing a full shutdown every night, and this just started after my sister installed origin while I was at work yest, no other changes as far as I know. Went into bios last night, disabled all boot options except hard disk, optical, and usb key thinking it might be one of my usb storage drives, and set the SSD as primary in the BBS section. Came home tonight and it had once again switched the boot priority under BBS. MSI Z170 pc mate, live update shows running all current versions.

Make sure you save your settings before exiting the BIOS (save & exit - - usually F10)
