About a month ago I built a pc and I returned the motherboard that was with the build because it was shipped badly and my dad recommended that I get a different one so I got this one (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00T7XTT6C/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). After I got it it worked and I was testing out games and such when they were running worse than I expected, seeing youtube videos playing the same game using the same parts. So I ignored it for a while until it started irritating me later on playing overwatch. I built my friends pc with the same parts except the mobo that came with the build and his runs a lot better. and when I used geforce experience, it optimized my games to run badly (around 20 fps). My build is this, (http://pcpartpicker.com/product/bXH48d/asrock-motherboard-fm2a68mhd) with the exception of the mobo that I mentioned earlier. It's been bothering me for a while and I hope I get it resolved soon.

another thing to note is that I upgraded to a after market cooler cpu cooler so i could overclock more. My friend just has stock and didn't overclock his cpu. But he installed his drivers from the disc and I got mine off the internet. The gpu driver disc came with zotac firestorm and it automatically did everything for him. Also he has 16 gigs of ram instead of my 8 gigs but I don't think that is the problem. If I don't find a solution I will probably do a fresh install of windows 10 and I will borrow my friends disc drivers and install those.
