I also edit videos alot if hiw to get fast rander in after effect should i install adobe after effect in ssd or hdd or i install in hdd and the rander will place in ssd where my OS is install and my SSD storig is 240 gb

It's unlikely to make any significant difference. Rendering is processor intensive, and other that some 'top of the line' CPUs, you'll struggle to saturate 7,200rpm HDD speeds.
