Solution

Try seeing of you can grab a PC fan and position it so it is blowing air onto the GPU, to cool down the heatsink. See if this helps the temperature.

So? I've had one of those fanless GPU before and it did overheat that ended up damaged the part of the soldering on the memory and becoming low resolution safe mode only card. He'd have to put a 3000rpm+ case fan on a side vent or the expertise to buy aftermarket cooler solution and replace the one on his card to have any hope of saving it, all of which are not worth the effort for a GT610.

His GT610 has a passive cooling fanless design. If it's weaken to the point of leaving the card at 80 degrees Celsius, a single 1500rpm case fan is not going to bring the entire case temperature low enough to bring the thing under control especially when he already verified the 2 other case fans (minus the one on the CPU) are in working condition.

The title is one thing, what he said in his post is another:
