Can I safely pair up two versions of this Corsair Vengeance LP DDR3 1600Mhz CML8GX3M2A1600C9 kits? The blue kit is labeled v8.16 while the black kit is v2.12. I was told that running this configuration might result in compatibility issues even though the RAM kits are the same model.
