So i have an r9 270x toxic oc edition which has 1150 boost clock,but now in games my clock is always 1100, so it doesn't go to the boost anymore.I tried to overclock with the amd utility, it shows its on 1200 when i oc but as soon as i go into any game it goes back to 1100.Temperature doesn't go higher then 63 C.Have the fan on auto.I have deleted the drivers and put new,no help.
I have an fx8320 that i oc'ed to 4.7 and the memory is a bit overclocked aswell.could that prevent the gpu from overclock or?
