I have Dell 3010 mid tower and my motherboard is 042p49 so can I put gigabyte gtx 950 2gb xtreme or change my psu about 600 watt in this pc

You would need to determine what Physically sized Power Supply will fit in your computer. You need to check to make certain that you have at least 1, 16x PCIe 2.0 or 3.0 slot and you need to have room for the video card in both height, width and length.

Neither I nor PCPartPicker.com can answer those questions for you, your best option is to call Dell and ask them.

Ummm you measure the case where the GPU should come in and check the dimensions of the card on its website?
