Have been running my ASUS Radeon HD 7770 1GD5 for about a year now.
It has been working fine until my fans started going crazy. I checked everything and realised that gpu temp is stuck at 0°C ALL THE TIME. Have used hwmonitor, Crimson drivers and TechPowerUp GPU-Z to check temperatures and all of them show the same result. I have also tried reinstalling drivers with DDU. While drivers are uninstalled, gpu temperature can not be read and the fans are spinning properly. Once installed, they go crazy again. Perhaps it's time for a new GPU?

Thanks in advance :)

Solution
Sounds like the thing that measures the temperature isn't functioning properly. I would advise a new GPU. You'll never know how hot your current one is.

Yeah that is what I thought. It still functions but is very loud... I guess it will do fine for some time until I get new pc :/ I am just worried that when gaming, thermal throttling will not kick in and PC will just shut down and i will have to wait a few minutes for it to cool down until I turn it back on. I play competitive games mostly so that is why it is important for me not to shut down.
