Built a new computer by myself for the first time and I plugged it in with my headphones via the front audio jack and an optical plug in the back, The sound works but whenever the computer loads or I use my mouse, Crazy static sounds happen, I have tried making sure that all my main power plugs are pushed into mobo and that powersupply works, I have also moved my computer from downstairs circuit to upstairs to make sure it wasn't a problem in the power sockets, and now I'm lost on what could be the problem, Any ideas would be great thanks!

- Edit Specs
Intel Core i7 6700k
ASUSTeK Z170 PRO GAMING mother board
Nvidia GeForce gtx 1070
750 Watt power supply

I'm not the best with computer parts but I'm sure that's all that i needed to know :)

Solution
This happens because of poor quality of internal sound card and electrical interference inside the PC. To get a better output buy an external usb sound card. They are pretty cheap and get the work done, for even higher quality audio you can always buy a better one.
Good luck!
