I am thinking about buying it so will it work with Intel Pentium G3220, Gigabyte GA-H81M-S motherboard and a 310W power supply.

your Pentium is only 53 watts , your whole system will run at around 170 watts with 750 ti.

check the 12V output of your powersupply .if it is more than 15A you are ok.

The best answer would be "maybe". The manufacturer's website says 400W. A quality power supply could probably handle it. A cheap one, not. So the 310W rating on your power supply has to be interpreted with any kind of quality ratings you can find to go along with it. If it is a power supply that came with a case, then it is probably not the highest quality.

It came with the case and below +12V it says 20A
