How do i turn turbo boost onto my amd A8-6500?

So I Thank you to anyone who can solve this, But I have an a55 board and wanting to know what the best cpu I could get for it (fm2+) and how do I turbo boost and/or overclock the one I have know.
I run 16gb ram and a gtx 1060 turbo asus gaming model.
I have a 550 watt powersupply and hoping that anyone could answer all of my questions.

You already have an A8-6500?

There really aren't any faster CPUs for socket FM2+. AMD only released very low-end CPUs for it, and the best you could do is another quad core with similar performance per clock and a very slight clockspeed increase, or an unlocked one. Your CPU should automatically turbo to 4.1ghz as-is. With an unlocked CPU, you might be able to overclock to 4.5ghz, which is a 10% increase, and in my opinion is not worth spending money on given how small the improvement would be.
