Okay, thanks. And I'd like to talk a bit more about this. I also looked at the 4590 with much better processor speed, but it has the older Haswell technology, then I thought about the 6500 for like 10 dollars more, what do you think?

What will be your main use for this pc?
If it is for gaming, processor core speed is all important.
I5 and I3 both have 4 threads.
I3-6100 has a single thread passmark rating of 2102.
I5-4590 is similar at 2115.
I5-6500 is 1943.
I5-4460 is 1948
I5-6400 is 1825
Really, all are good gamers. Just see which one is priced best.

Mainly gaming, and maybe very rarely I might do some professional video (not 4k) or voice editing, and 6500 actually is around 190 dollars but I am asking you guys because I am not sure if that's the best I can get for the price.

I don't know mate, I can try. Even though we have lots of computer shops in my city (Islamabad) and even a whole plaza for them but they only focus on office computers which aren't that powerful so I am not sure if I'll be able to find it, but there is only one shop we visit to buy our computers/parts and we've known them for years, literally. So I might get a good price on it, and again, not sure if I can actually get it.
