Normally i try to fix my problems myself but after 2 months of failing i decided to just ditch my pride and finally ask for help.
For the last 2 months my pc has been freezing up randomly i have tried everything i could find/think of but nothing helped
- ram seems to be error free
- temperatures seem to be normal
- psu doesn't show any spiking in the power usage
- resetting bios settings didn't help
- Reliability Monitor didn't show anything but the "Windows wasn't probably shut down" message
- waiting for it to resume (30min of my time wasted)
- scaned entire system with antivirus (was hoping it was just a nasty virus but it was clean)
- i turned off link state power managment
- unplugging non essential hardware
- shutting down background processes
- i also tryd not using my pc for a entire day while its on to see if its related to usage but it still froze

not sure if it helps but i might as well post my specs in case its relevant

a corsair c90
it has 2 fans at the bottom pulling air up and 2 at the front pulling it in as well.
at the top the fans for the h100i are mounted and the fan for the fury x at the back.
i have been logging the temperatures as well a few days ago until it froze with corsair link not sure if the log could help.
il try pointing a fan at the vrm its the passively cooled part right?

edit: well as soon as i was done with typing that i pointed a fan at what i amuse was the vrm and left for work while i kept my pc on
when i came back it was frozen
i pointed the fan around here http://puu.sh/qSD20.png
