With my custom PC will it out perform the PS4 if compared each and every components

Custom PC:
GPU: GTX 1070 MSI Gaming 8 EDITION
CPU:I7 6700K 4.20GHZ
RAM: 16GB Corsair G-skills 4 DDR4
PSU:EVGA 750 W
MOBO: MSI Z170-A PRO Intel Z170

vs

PS4:
GPU: HD 7780 i think
CPU: eight-core Jaguar 1.6GHz.
RAM: 8GB DDR5
PSU:N/A
MOBO:N/A

What would you say would Reck Face?
Can I get the reasons why and how and every other thing please

Oh you bet your custom PC is going to wreck your PS4. It's more than 5x faster!

CPU: The Jaguar AMD cores are the exact opposite of the 6700k, they're operating at a VERY low clock speed and have less transistors per core than the 6700k.

GPU: This is where the biggest difference in performance lies. The HD 7780 is a GPU that was released YEARS ago while the GTX 1070 just launched a few months ago. The GTX 1070 is at least 5x faster than the 7780 with how old that GPU is now.

Memory wise, your fine. the difference between 8 and 16GB of memory is almost nonexistent for pure gaming.

The one thing you AREN'T comparing is the OS. Windows OS is much less efficient than the console OS. MS does not have the ability to determine what components or what jobs the OS has to support. Therefore it can't be as efficient at the specific job of gaming that the OS on the console can be. Inefficient software can (won't in this case) kill ANY performance advantage that hardware has.
The other thing you aren't comparing is what things besides gaming will you have running on the PC. That competition could kill any hardware advantage.

If you are streaming YouTube, ripping DVDs and gaming simultaneously then the console can be better. It will depend on you as a user. JUST a hardware comparison is not a complete picture. Are you running your PC at 4K (which you can't do with a PS4)? The PS4 (at 1080 or 720) may seem faster, but is that a fair comparison.

Currently I am sadly running my PC on a 1080p 60GHz monitor, however I am looking to upgrade this to a 4k monitor
If the PC and PS4 was using the exact same screen what would the results be.
I dont know the exact information but I could swear PS4 can only watch Movies and other stuff like that in 4K but cannot play games in 4K
