I have looked through all the threads i can find to fix this problem as most of them to suggest the obvious of turning off vertical sync in the control panel. This started happening after i updated windows as games are always stuck at 70fps. Any fixes on what other settings there could be, i have a 144hz monitor, a 60hz 2nd display monitor and a gtx 970.
fps is locked at 70fps
