Trying to narrow down problem

Hey guys, i'll keep this short to the point. I mainly play WoW and CSGO right now, WoW causes my PC at random times to just completely reboot itself, no warning screens or anything just dies in a split second and resurrects itself. Sometimes it's after 5 minutes, sometimes 2 hours. I mention CSGO because it never happens no matter how long i play CS for.

My first thought is PSU, but could it also be my GPU as i get frequent fatal kernel drive crashes while playing CSGO, but no other game. But then i thought it could also be my MOBO? I've had the rig for about 3 years with no problems.

Solution
I would probably blame PSU, as well, if that is a CX750 Corsair. They are not very good power supplies, hence why they only give them a 3yr warranty. Check your temps, for CPU, and GPU.
