Hey i just built my new computer and my and my games are lagging. Its not horrible lag but in games like csgo its choppy or in gta5 it is skippy. I am not sure what to do. i reinstalled drivers, turned off xbox dvr, and did some other things. Someone said refreshing my pc would fix it but im not sure if that would really work. Anyone have any ideas?
