is there any software to put windows 10 from a HDD into a ssd?

Solution

What size is the SSD?
How much total used space is on the current C drive?
How much of that is movies/music/funny cat videos?

Assuming the space requirements fit, do this:

Download and install Macrium Reflect
Power off
Disconnect ALL drives except the current C and the new SSD
Power up
Run the Macrium Reflect
Select ALL the partitions on the existing C drive
Click the 'Clone' button
Wait until it is done
When it finishes, power off
Disconnect ALL drives except for the new SSD
Swap the SATA cables around so that the new drive is connected to the same SATA port as the old drive
Power up, and verify the BIOS boot order
If good, continue the...

It should boot from the new drive, just as like the old drive.
Maybe reboot a time or two, just to make sure.

If it works, and it should, all is good.

Later, reconnect the old drive and wipe as necessary.

Aaahhhhhhhh!!! Don't do that.
Assuming you have not bought this drive yet, don't. There is zero reason to buy an SSD that small.

120GB minimum, preferably 250GB.
