Anyone know where to find Phison SSD utility that work for PNY CS1311?

under Pricing, Warranty And Accessories, it is written "Unfortunately, PNY doesn't offer a storage utility apart from a firmware update tool. Phison does though, and it's readily available online. We confirmed that Phison's utility does work with the CS1311 SSDs."
So anyone know where to find Phison utility that work for PNY CS1311? I can't find any on Phison website. The one that I found on http://www.usbdev.ru/files/phison/phisontoolbox/ does not work for my PNY CS1311.

That's the Phison firmware update tool.
Not sure if it work for PNY CS1311 and if it will void my 3 year PNY warranty if I flash it.
For PNY firmware update can be found at

What I want is storage utility tool for my PNY CS1311 like what ADATA, OCZ etc has.
e.g. http://www.adata.com/en/ss/software-6/
But the above only work for ADATA drive.

Better late than never. This works, though it needs an image. Here's the link. Must run in admin mode and it's for Win (10 for sure) probably 7-8.1 as well.
