Can I have a program run on more memory?

When looking at the details of my processes i notice that my overwatch runs at 2000 K and runs much better than my Lol which runs at 900 k. is there some way for me to get my computer to use more memory on LoL so it runs better?

When I go to details in my Task Manager. (Sorry those were the wrong amounts) I mean that League will usually run with about 900 k whereas overwatch will run with 2000 k.
My FPS in LoL fluctuates alot. Less so in Overwatch which I find interesting since i feel like League is an easier program to run? yet i have more difficulty running it
I have 8 GB of RAM and 512 of dedicated video ram if that helps. Monitor resolution is 1920x1080

Games or any software for the matter will use as much ram as needed. Or limited to 4gb on 32 bit processes without pae. 512MB doesn't say what gpu but seeing how low that is, I'm going to assume your cpu and gpu are low end and is the real issue.

I know that my specs are low end, i cant really afford any better. I was just wondering why it is that my LoL wont take more memory like overwatch to run better
