Well guys, trying to build my own gaming rig need some help in compatibility and if these are the good choices to go with my budget is 700e (600.97 GB)

i plan to OC the cpu / gpu so if some parts that arent compatibal please let me know with a link of your choice

honestly if you plan on OCing get a better board as this board will limit you severely
if you don't plan on OCing you can get a cheaper cooler
also: if you plan on OCing you might wanna consider a better quality PSU. the one you listed is an okay unit. if you don't plan on OCing the PSU is fine but you can get the 500W variant which will be cheaper.

as for cheap SSDs, the Samsung 840 Evo is pretty cheap to get, while 250 GB are nice 120 GB is sufficient for the OS and drivers when you lack budget.

also if you need to save a few bucks, replace the CPU cooler with this one. it's not as good but almost and more than sufficient while saving 10

short answer: no.
overclocking requires components to work outside their specifications putting them under a lot of stress
a good board is as important as a good cpu in that matter
you won't find a good board to do so for ~100GBP
