What happens first is my screen goes black. Then one of two things happen.
Less commonly is the sound stuttering, caps lock doesn't work, and I can't talk to anyone on Skype. This requires a hard reset. The more common outcome is the sound working fine, caps lock works, and I can talk on Skype for 20 seconds before the sound goes away and I have to hard reset.

Maybe its time to buy new Motherboard or maybe your PSU is not good enough. Maybe your system is overheating so much its shutting down for its own safety. But i think its your motherboard. Not 100% tho.

do know how to figure it out? i dont how too much money at the moment so i cant buy a new pc...

I told you possible reasons why your pc is acting like that.
So solution for that is to check for temperatures when you start csgo with programs you can google and download.
Solution for new pc is simple. Shop and money.
Solution for not good PSU,well... you need to post your whole pc build so I can figure out if its enough for your build.

Is it only in CS? or in other games as well? If no, its GAME's problem. You will need to find fix online for that

Corsair CX and CS arent known for beign good PSU. Its possible both of them are damaged. Maybe only one of them. Try to buy new MB (with LGA 1151 socket). If it doesnt fix it, maybe its PSU fault. Maybe its your CPU's fault or GPU's. There is just a LOT OF reason for your pc failure... Try to find windows crash log (google it)

i found evnent kerlnap power failure 41 but only means that i turned of my computer wrong, when the crash happend. and i fond something else too by id 6008 eventlog but other than that it seems its only small problems that doesent have anything with the crash to do. what now?

Look it up on google. Im sure you are not the only one having this problem. Try to google those errors, maybe you will find your solution.
But the best solution is new MB (most likely its broblem on motherboard)

do u now if there is a program that measures the temprature of my cpu and makes dumps when it crashes ?

Of course there are, the only thing is you need to find them and download them on google. Please, you can resolve your question without posting it here. Only thing you need to do is google. Use it, its free

what resolve my question without asking here... this is what the site is for give a problem and get a bunch of tips to fix it until its resolved. not a guy who says its impossible and to ask somwhere else.

Yes you are right, you are here to find a solution for your pc problems. But keep in mind that I am here because of my good will and free time. And that's why I said go find program that monitors your temperatures yourself on google. Its not hard to type "temperature monitor for pc" into google right? You just wasted your own time (and mine as well) because you asked for something you can find on google in 1 minute. I will try my best to help you with your problem, but please, don't ask questions you can sort out by yourself. Thanks
