I got a new r9 270x sapphire and im not sure if it will be good with my current proccesor which is amd phenom X3 8450.

That's likely because of your Processor. The Phenom X3 is an old processor, 2008 old that is.

It will work just fine given that you have the right power supply to use it?

(Do you mind sharing your current specs?)

Your CPU however will not let the new graphics card to work to its full potential.

My Power supply is 550W and has 12 pin that are needed for the gpu but even at low-graphic games such as LoL i cant keep constant 60fps 1080p for some reason
