I would first throw that PSU out the window, or play baseball with it. Then I'd get something decent. Then I'd say it's safe to call everything good.

Do you overclock your CPU and GPU, and how much? Also do you own this stuff already or no? Because if not it's all old stuff you shouldn't buy.

Well then if you don't own them change everything. An I5-6500, H170 motherboard, DDR4-2133Mhz memory. Then a modern GPU, a GTX 1060 which is as good as a GTX 980.
