Yes, yes I realize that this topic has been brought up so, so many times but sorry.
I just need a simple yes or no.

BTW: I wanted to mention that I'm not using a AIO cooler. I'm using a Noctua NH-U9S cooler.

Solution
Given the whole discussion above, I have no idea of what to suggest except the general fan placement.

In the front and/or bottom
Out the back and/or top.

In general, yes.
But randomly adding 2 or 3 big fans on top might change things from positive pressure to negative pressure. Sucking in more dust.

This is why a general idea of the whole system is needed, before a simple yes or no.

Ok..Currently I have a Corsair Hydro H100i GT.installed. I'm going to change the CPU cooler too the Noctua NH-U9S.
Sorry, about confessing you. After thinking about it, I started confusing myself.

I'm still a bit confused about that the best setup for that..I ugg..This is the biggest issue.

EDIT: So you're replacing the Corsair AIO with the Noctua? Yes...

In general terms:
In the front/bottom, out the back/top.
Side, intake.

EDIT: The Case is the Graphite Series 760T

Dont put near Front upper fan as out-take , it will end up pulling the cold air the near front fan takes in ..

The upper fans should be above the motherboard Area , not near the front (that is 3x120 is a bad Idea) , unless you are using a Radiator OFC ...

you can however install the upper near front fan as intake .
