Can I Overclock?

Just a quick question, can I overclock an i5 6600k, with a 212 EVO, as well as a GTX 1070 with a Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3 LGA 1151 ATX Intel motherboard? If I can't overclock which motherboard would you guys recommend? Preferably within the same cash range as well as a blueish color so it matches my color scheme. I want to make sure before I shell out the cash.

You can, assuming you have a proper aftermarket cooler for the CPU. The board will limit you a little bit in how far you can get as it doesn't have very great voltage regulation and power phases.
