I recently took out and re inserted my GTX 1070 while troubleshooting issues with my computer. Now I seem to be having slight flickering when my computer first starts up. It doesn't seem to have any effect on performance because when I start up a game it's fine and doesn't flicker at all. But it happens to both of my monitors randomly at the start (not at the same time). Any suggestions? Also curious if I should invest in anti-static gloves for my computer?
