Do you get the same corruption issue when downloading stuff from other sites, or only with MSI downloads?

Okay, so that rules out any problem with your PC such as bad RAM etc.
Go here and try a couple of other MSI regional English sites: https://www.msi.com/language/
When page loads for that region, click "Support" in the menu bar.
Type gaming m7 in the search bar (don't include MSI in the model name), then click on the magnifying glass icon.
Then click on "Downloads".
