Hard Drive Failure

Hi, I need some help, I just upgraded my cpu yesterday, and my power supply, then I connected my Internal Hard Drive, Toshiba 1tb that has an installed Win 7 os 64 bit, but when I tried to boot my pc, it won't read the Internal HDD anymore, I can't even see it on BIOS, I need help please, all my family files are in this HDD of mine :(

Hello, and welcome to Tom's hardware.
Need to give us more specific info about your CPU and PSU change that caused your computer to not boot.
MB name & model #, CPU upgrade change, did you flash the BIOS, did you load new drivers for the new CPU?
Check you MB web site for any required BIOS upgrade, and any required driver upgrade.

Also, connect a small BIOS speaker to the appropriate terminals on your MB , and see if you get a specific Beep Code, or just a single short Beep.

Right now it could be a lot of things, from not connecting the accessory 8 pin power connector, to an improperly seated CPU.
