I have the monitor I have added in and awhile it is slightly expensive I can highly recommend it, I had mine running with a R9 290 (Before my PSU killed it) and I loved it. If you need to reduce the price the best thing to do is get 8GB RAM instead of 16GB, it'll bring you under budget however games will start needing 16GB, I use over 8GB quite often now when gaming.
