Can I use my GPU if my pci-e doesn't work?

I think my motherboard pci-e slots are broken, and I have been trying to apply for an RMA but for some reason asus won't send me the information I need to ship it out, I don't want to buy a new motherboard since pci-e is the only problem. Is there any fancy external pci-e slot for desktops, or any way to get this resolved cheap and fast?

ASUS is usually very good about warranty issues. You could contact them again for the information and/or ask if they have a authorized repair shop near you.
