i got a new MSI radeon RX 470, I replaced my old Nvidia 650. After downloading and installing new drivers i started getting BSOD errors, they include 0x1d, 0x1e, storport.sys, and driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. i have done a driver sweep for AMD and Nvidia drivers, downloaded a hotfix from microsoft and updated my other drivers using slim drivers. My computer crashes around every 45min - 1hour so any help would be very appreciated.

Specs:
Windows 7 professional
Intel Core i7-4930k CPU
32GB RAM
ASRock X79 Extreme9

What should i put for:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} ?
