Buying Gaming PC from Kijiji - Price Okay?

I am looking to buy a Desktop PC from Kijiji, not sure if it is worth the price the seller wants.

Specs;

Intel Core2Quad Q6600

4 GB RAM

AMD Radeon HD7770 manufactured by SAPPHIRE

1.5 TB (1500GB) HDD Hard Drive



Seller wants $300 CAD.

Do you think this is overpriced/underpriced?

I would say very overpriced. a 7770 is around $120 CAD (oddly high) and a Q6600 is around $20-30 used I would not want a used hard drive, but even then after you consider the hassle of wiping it it is only worth around $50. DDR3 RAM is cheap right now so really if the system is used, then it is over priced, and if it is new, then it is still not worth it, as it is not competitive hardware. perhaps $250 or even $200 is a better price.
