I bought a pc recently within 2 months. Custom build.
I7 6800k
X99 deluxe 2
32gb ram
Thermaltake rl120 water cooling
Gtx 1080

And i turned my pc on today and a somewhat loudish noise came out of it. I felt my pc and the tubes were extremly hot aswell as the cpu. I checked my temps on hwmonitor and they r displaying my temps between 90-100 degree Celsius

If the tubes are hot it implies water is not flowing. The pump is either not connected properly or dead. Check all connections specifically power connections to the pump. Post your HWmonitor info so we can see voltages.

I have unplugged the power connectors to the pump and whole pc, and repluged them back in and still no change.
The Temperature just climbs on idle at the desktop.

More than likely the unit is faulty. Are the fans spinning up? Are you overclocked? Mmmm hard to tell those voltages are at idle not load.

How did you setup the fans on the radiator? Did you point them so they are pushing air through the radiator?

I have taken a photo of my PC. the 3 Fans on the right at the Bottom are Blowing to the back of the PC and it also seems the 4th one on the Top right hand side on the radiator is blowing back aswell.
I am Not Overclocked.
I got my Pc built by Centrecom in Victoria. they Built the Whole System for me.

The fans look like they are the right way.

I feel like your liquid cooling has failed. Can you feel water flowing in the tubes? Does the pump make any noises?

You should use your BIOS to reset everything to factory values. This will make sure voltages spikes aren't causing this.

Go to the exit screen in the BIOS. Find "load optimized defaults"

Thats the Stuff in the BIOS that will be Changed to Default.
I havent Changed BIOS Setting yet. but that will be the stuff that will change. will it affect it or just risk it?
I dont believe i can feel the Liquid Flow through the Tubes.
not sure if pump is making noise. hard to distinguish sound from the fans.

I just want to be sure it's not affecting it so try to load default values.

Yeah, it sounds like liquid is not moving because if it was the tubes would not be so hot.
