so here are my specs. from Speccy

Windows 7
AMD FX-8350 Vishera (Using a H80i GT Water Cooler from Corsair Which I think is the main problem here as to why my cpu is over heating.) I read a buncha stuff online and they told me the pumps supposed to make noise but I don't hear anything. I renewed my thermal paste and placed only the amount necessary following a guide for AMD chipset installations to no avail.
16 GB DDR3 @866Mhz
Asus M5a99X EVO R2.0 (Socket 942)
8GB GDDR5 XFX R9 390
WD 1GB HDD

Everytime my computer goes under load my temperatures spike (which is normal) but it exceeds 80~ C and shuts down. everytime. I've furmarked and prime95 (prime95 passed without problems so we can rule out RAM). Now the furmark was a little sketch. I ran it and was staring at speedfan's temperatures for 10 minutes and everything was fine. The MINUTE i turn furmark off , I see my Core temperature going from 45~55*C Avg (during furmark) to a sudden 85*C right before it turns off. Prompts me to say wtf. :C Please help me.
