USB Drivers works fine in BIOS and boot, but not when Windows has started

Hello! As you can see in the title, I'm having issues with my usb drivers. I just recently upgraded my computer with a new motherboard, processor and memory and when I started the computer, I had to do some setup in the BIOS, which I did with no issues.

Though when I had fixed all that, started windows and logged in, some drivers where missing. The missing drivers was, of course, the usb drivers and network drivers. The graphics card driver was also missing, but got fixed after a computer reboot.

When I tried to install the usb and network drivers, I just got an error saying that the drivers was not able to be found and I could not connect to the internet to find it since my network driver isn't working either.

So I tried to go to the "driver list" where you can choose from different drivers and chose the first driver I saw under the "generic usb hub" creator. I installed it and restarted the computer and now neither the 3.0 or 2.0 ports are working, only before windows starts. I've tried to install the correct usb drivers for my motherboard via the software Active-Boot through a USB, but that didn't work either.

Now I can't login to my computer at all since my keyboard isn't working, therefor I can't fix the drivers or restore the computer to an earlier point, so I'm in a bit of trouble right now..

My motherboard is an ASUS Z170-A model, if that helps.

I hope I've been clear enough.

Thanks in advance

*UPDATE!* I picked the first answer as the solution to mark the thread as read, though that wasn't the solution I came up with. Continue reading below this to see my solution!

I managed to fix the issue by using an older keyboard that uses the PS/2 keyboard input to login to the computer. By using the keyboard to navigate on the computer I could go to the setup CD that followed with the motherboard and could install the necessary drivers, though one by one since the program that followed required a mouse (which wasn't working). Now after all the installations and a couple of reboots the computer now works like a charm!

During the Windows boot, the USB drivers will not have loaded yet. You should be able to hit a key and enter safe mode.
Your motherboard probably came with a CD or DVD. This should contain drivers to get everything working, then you can download the latest drivers from the manufacturers web site. Again, only download from the motherboard manufacturers web site.
If you don't have a CD or DVD with your motherboard, you may be able to download these drivers on another computer and then burn a CD.

Hello and thank's for replying. Yes I got a CD with the motherboard, but had totally forgotten it! I will try it and then write back if it solved my issue.

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE! The CD that followed with the motherboard is a bootable CD with lots of commands and it's own command-central or whatever it's called. I have no clue how to find the drivers on the CD since there's tons of things on it that I don't understand.. I looked at it a bit, searching for something similar to "drivers" or "usb" etc, but found nothing. If I download the drivers and burn it to a CD, how should I put them on it for the computer to find and read/execute them properly?
