can gigabyte gtx 750ti 2 gb run at 220w psu?

Solution

Someone has helped you, a few people. Or are you just looking for someone to say that it will work with your power supply? If you want to make sure it will run, replace your power supply with a good quality 300+ watt one.

There is pretty much 0 chance the 750 Ti will run on your power supply. I don't suggest anyone try that card with anything...

The official nVidia listing is 300 Watt PSU, it will run on a lower power good quality unit, but a 220 watt no name one?
If you want to try it despite warnings against it, it's your equipment to risk, let us know what happens.

There is pretty much 0 chance the 750 Ti will run on your power supply. I don't suggest anyone try that card with anything under a 260+ watt PSU and only if they really want to try it on one, it's not what I'd consider safe for the system.

Solution

Post a pic of the load table. Whether or not it'll hold true to its table is unknown, but we can see if it'll be run within its specification.

I paste it can u see it?

It should be fine looking at the label. It seems to me like continuous power is 220W whereas peak is higher. It's hard to tell really, but on paper it looks like it'll support it just fine. Sorry also for the long delay, I meant to look at this thread two days ago but forgot. There's always a risk, though - all we can go by is the paper.
