Hey guys I really need help determining if I have dead pixels or if they are stuck and what the difference is? All I know I've been noticing these little tiny dots that are kinda colorful, I can see like a pink, blue greenish color on the dot. There are about 10 or more pixels like this on both monitors that I have. Both are Asus VG248QE and they don't really effect my gaming/ web browsing but I'm very concerned of them multiplying? Ive been searching google, for about an hour and every definition was too "advanced" Haha, I honestly couldn't comprehend. Plus never really had a pc before this year. So this honestly has never happened to me, not even on my flat screen tvs..So If anyone knows anything about this please explain to me? And if anyone knows the answers to my following questions leave a comment, it would be much appreciated 
Is there are any ways to preventing getting more? What are the causes of this? Can the pixels be fixed? or replaced? And most importantly the main reason why Im even writing on here, is How do you determine whether they are 'Dead' or just 'stuck' pixels? Thanks for taking the time to read this.
